Note: No AI was used to write this article
Author Deleyna Marr is currently writing a series on Substack about AI. The title of the series is “Reflections From the Mirror” — a perfect metaphor for what happens when human and AI interact. (did I just commit an em dash there?)
Deleyna’s day job is working with authors and tech to, as she puts it, help them play nice together. As such, she runs the No Stress Writing Academy, which offers online classes that do just that. Her latest class covers the topic of AI, specifically learning and practicing how to use an AI as a partner, not a shortcut.
If you are curious about AI and want to find out more about how you can benefit from its use, I urge you to read Deleyna’s series. Here is a link to get you started:
Next, a link to Deleyna’s new online class. It is called “A Journey into Creative Collaboration with AI.” For the next two weeks, a coupon code “Reflections” gets you half off. That’s a hefty discount.
A Journey into Creative Collaboration with AI
By the way, here is Deleyna’s caveat on the class registration page. It’s important, so I’m copying and pasting it here:
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a "get rich quick" class. If your goal is to automate books and flood the market, this isn’t the place for you. But if you're here to explore how technology can deepen your artistry and expand your creative possibilities, then welcome. You belong here.
You are awesome! After the GPT5 update a couple of days ago, there's been a LOT of talk! But still not around some of the finer points. I thought it was interesting... some of the biggest complaints are things that we touch on in the Reflections series that it seems OpenAI hadn't thought were all that important for their users. Hmmmm....
This is so great! Thank you Victoria and Deleyna!
